The Process:
- Communication is established via phone (713-937-0099) or email.
- We need to know exactly what is wrong with the printer before it is brought into our facility. Diagnosing an issue with most printers can be done with a simple description of the problem.
- The printer is shipped or delivered to our Houston, TX office for inspection. Upon receipt of the printer, we immediately begin testing to determine if the printer is serviceable.
- Upon diagnosis, the required part(s) is(are) ordered or located in our warehouse to repair the printer. We stock a vast variety of printer parts.
- The part is installed and the printer is retested. We test the printer several times before we consider the printer repaired.
- Shipping or delivery arrangements are made to return the printer to you.
